Red Pepper and Broccoli Stir Fry

½ c walnuts, coursely chopped

3 Tbsp sesame oil

1 c red pepper, diced

6 c broccoli florets

2 Tbsp soy sauce

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add walnuts and saute 1 minute. Add broccoli and red pepper. Cook, stirring often, until broccoli is tender, about 6 minutes. Add soy sauce for last minute of cooking.
