Baked Sliced Potatoes
4 large baking potatoes ¼ c butter melted ¼ c oil ½ tsp thyme 2 cloves garlic minced salt to taste |
Cut unpeeled potatoes into ¼ slices. Place overlapping slices in buttered baking dish. Mix butter and oil, brush over potatoes, pour remaining over potatoes. Sprinkle with salt, thyme, and garlic. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until brown. |
