Wild Rice Soup

3 Tbsp butter 4 Tbsp flour ½ c celery, chopped ½ med onion, chopped salt and pepper, to taste 2 c chicken broth 1 c chicken cooked, cubed 2 c milk 1 c cooked wild rice ½ tsp rosemary |
Melt butter in saucepan, sauté onions and celery until tender-crisp. Stir in flour, and seasoning. Add broth and milk. Stir until thickened. Add rice and chicken. Heat through. |
