Strawberry Soup

1½ c water ¼ c red wine 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1 cinnamon stick 1 quart strawberries, pureed (3 1/3 c) ½ c sugar ¼ c sour cream ½ c heavy cream |
Boil first 4 ingredients for 15 min. Remove cinnamon stick. Add puree and sugar, boil 10 min. more. Cool. Combine with cream and sour cream. Serve at room temperature |
