Delaware Devil Chili


2 lbs lean chuck beef

1 lb Italian sausage

2 large onions, chopped

1 lb mushrooms, sliced

1 jalapeno pepper, chopped

1 green bell pepper, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp cumin

1 tsp oregano

dash vinegar

½ cup celery, chopped

3 tbsp chili powder

dash red pepper

16 oz can diced tomato

12 oz tomato paste

1 cup water

1 can black beans

Brown meat and add onions. Cook sausage separately, add to beef. Saute veggies add to meat. Add spices. mix . Add tomatoes and tomato paste. Add water. Simmer 1.5 hours stirring occasionally.
