Dijon Potato Salad

1 c mayonnaise 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp fresh dill (2 tsp dried dill weed) ¼ tsp pepper 1½ lb small red potatoes ½ c chopped green onions 1 cup slice radishes |
Clean and quarter the potatoes. Cook until just tender. Rinse with cold water. Mix first 4 ingredients. Gently stir dressing into vegetables. Cover and chill 2 hours. |
