Chili Relleno Casserole

½ c onion,  chopped

2 cans whole green chilies

4  eggs

black pepper and salt

1½ c milk

1½ c cheddar cheese, grated

¼ c flour

mix eggs, milk, and flour.  In baking dish arrange chilies, cover with onion and cheese.  Pour mixture over top.

Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes until set and brown on top.
