2 c curry sauce

1 lb chicken, cubed

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp cumin

2/3 c cream

2 Tbsp cashews, roughly chopped

2 tsp cilantro, chopped

1 tsp turmeric

oil

Cook chicken in oil and turmeric until tender. Add cashews, curry sauce, and spices heat through. Stir in cream, heat gently for 3-4 minutes. Serve sprinkled with cilantro.
