Chicken Curry

½ c onion, finely chopped

½ c celery ,finely chopped

¼ c butter

1/3 c flour

1 Tbsp curry powder

2 c chicken broth

1 c tomato juice

1 tsp worchestershire sauce

3 c cooked chicken, cubed

Sauté onion and celery in butter until tender, but not brown.  Stir in curry and flour.  Add broth, juice, and worchestershire sauce.  Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.  Stir in chicken and heat thoroughly.  Season with salt and pepper and more curry powder to taste.
