Chicken Divan
6 chicken breasts, cooked, cut into pieces 3 large bunches of broccoli, cooked, cut into pieces 2/3 c mayonnaise 1/3 c evaporated milk 1 can of cream of chicken soup 3½ oz edam cheese 1 tsp lemon juice ½ tsp curry powder ½ c fine bread crumbs |
Preheat oven to 350°. Line large casserole pan with broccoli. Add the chicken pieces, spread evenly. Mix the next 6 ingredients together in a bowl. Pour mixture over chicken. Top with bread crumbs. Cook until hot and bubbly. Serve over rice. |
