Apple Crisp

12 pared apples, sliced (approx 5 c)

½ c sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 Tbsp flour

1 c brown sugar

1 c flour

½ c coconut

1 c oatmeal

¾ c butter

dash of salt

Sprinkle sliced apples with next three ingredients. Put into a 9x13 baking pan. Mix next 4 ingredients together. Cut butter in until it is like cornmeal. Sprinkle on top of apples.

Bake at 350° for 45-60 minutes until brown and bubbly (check to make sure the apples are tender).
