½ c butter

1 c sugar

1 egg

¼ tsp lemon extract

¼ tsp vanilla

¼ c milk

2 tsp baking powder

2¼ c flour

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, vanilla, and lemon extract. Alternate dry ingredients with milk. Refrigerate several hours. Roll out on floured board 1/8 - 1/4 inch thick. Flour cookie cutters between each use. 

Bake 350° for 10 minutes.
