Cheese Cake
1¾ c vanilla wafer crumbs (approx. 55 cookies) 2 Tbsp sugar 1/3 c butter, melted 3 packages cream cheese softened 1 c sugar 3 eggs 8 oz sour cream ½ tsp vanilla |
Combine first three ingredients; press into 9” spring form pan bottom and up sides. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Add 1 egg at a time, beat well after each addition. Add sour cream and vanilla, mix well. Pour into crust. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until set. Cool completely and refrigerate 4 hours before serving. |
