2 c flour

¼ c sugar

1 Tbsp baking powder

½ tsp soda

1 egg

¼ c butter

1 c yogurt

¼ c milk

¼ tsp vanilla

¼ cup Tre's homemade preserves

Preheat oven to 425°. Melt butter and mix with wet ingredients. Mix in dry ingredients. Batter will be similar to biscuit dough. Fill muffin tin 1/2 full, spoon in 1 tsp preserves in each tin, then top with remaining batter. Bake 15 minutes. Best to use lots of different preserves, so when you get your muffin, it will be a tasty surprise!
