2 eggs
1½ c milk
1 c flour
½ tsp salt
1 Tbsp oil
Beat eggs in bowl, add rest of ingredients. Put 2 Tbsp mixture on hot flat pan. Flip when lightly brown on bottom.\ Remove to papertowel.
