Stuffed French Toast

8 slices bread,2" French

¼ c butter, softened

¼ c cream cheese

½ c raspberry jam

1½ c egg substitute

1 c milk

½ c sugar

½ tsp cinnamon

1 c almonds, sliced

¼ c brown sugar

¼ c rolled oats

2 Tbsp flour

¼ tsp vanilla

Spray 9 x 13" baking dish. Create a pocket in each slice of bread by cutting a horizontal slit about halfway through each slice. Combine the butter, cream cheese and jam, spoon 2 tablespoons into each slice of bread and lay it in the baking dish.  In another bowl, combine egg substitute, milk, granular sugar, and cinnamon.  Pour over bread. combine almonds, brown sugar, oats, flour, and vanilla, blend with hands until forms crumbs.  Scatter mixture over bread.   Let set until egg mixture is mostly absorbed about 30-45 min.  Bake at 325° uncovered 1 hour
