Sleepover Coffee Cake
2/3 c butter, softened 1 c sugar 2 eggs 1 c buttermilk ½ c brown sugar 2 c flour 1 tsp soda 1 tsp baking powder 2 Tbsp dry milk 1 Tbsp cinnamon Topping: ½ c brown sugar ½ tsp nutmeg ¼ c butter, melted ½ c nuts, chopped |
Grease and flour 9 x 13 in pan. In combine all cake ingredients and mix on low speed until well blended. Place in prepared pan. Mix dry ingredients of topping, sprinkle over batter. Refrigerate overnight. The next morning drizzle melted butter over pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool slightly before serving. |
