German Waffles
4 oz butter, melted ¼ c sugar splash vanilla 2-3 eggs, lightly beaten 1 c milk 2 c flour 1 tsp baking powder

Mix butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Finally add flour and baking powder. Mix thoroughly. Spoon onto hot waffle iron and bake for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. |
