Costa Rican Black Bean Dipping Sauce
Frijoles Molidos Arreglados

2½ cups black beans, cooked*
1 medium onion, finely chopped

 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced

½ red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp tabasco sauce

1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp ground coffee

2 Tbsp vegatable oil
2 Tbsp Lizano Salsa
1 tsp ground mustard
salt and pepper

Mash beans to desired consistancy.  Heat oil in frying pan add vegetables, cook for 5 minutes or until just tender. Add beans, and remaining ingredients.
Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.

*To cook the black beans, soak them in water for 6 to 14 hours, then bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
