Artichoke Squares
2 jars marinated artichokes, chopped ¾ c onion, minced 2 c sharp cheddar cheese, grated 4 eggs, lightly beaten ¼ c bread crumbs 1 tsp garlic, minced ½ tsp parsley, minced 1/8 tsp oregano 1/8 tsp pepper |
Drain the artichokes and reserve half of the marinate. Sauté onion in marinate for 5 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Add cooled onions to remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes in a well buttered 11" x 7" dish. |
